Hosted by Brooklyn Youth Arts and Justice, this special afternoon concert will feature students and professionals collaborating to spotlight the works of female composers Amy Beach, Julia Perry, Grazyna Bacewicz, Florence Price, Clara Schumann, and Reena Esmail.

This event is free and open to the public with a suggested donation of $40 for adults and $15 for students. All proceeds will benefit the Food Pantry at St. Ann and the Holy Trinity Episcopal Church.

Hunter Hall of Flanders NJ will host this special concert presenting clarinetist Medina and pianist Margrit Zimmermann. Our concerts are of limited seating to ensure everyone in the audience is comfortable and has direct view to the performers.

Medina will give a presentation on creating opportunities - Opportunities come to those who prepare. Medina will give students tips and ideas on how to cultivate resources from school and have students collaborate on how to produce concerts in their community.

Medina will perform alongside Alliance University faculty with Artist in Residence pianist Margrit Zimmermann.
